Portable Data Collection
Each Applied Resources software module includes an integrated portable data collection application for several Pocket PC and portable data terminals. Portable data collection applications allow you to perform many of the same functions found in the Applied Resources application for your PC, such as physical inventories, moving and tracking items, issuing or receiving stock, and more.

Item Pictures: Each Applied Resources product allows you to store a picture with an item definition. This feature allows a user to verify an item visually. This is especially helpful, for example, when a user might be checking out an unusual tool, verifying an asset, or identifying kits.

Customization: While Applied Resources will meet most users’ requirements, situations may arise when you need to add features to Applied Resources. Since you receive the Applied Resources source code with each product, you can make customizations such as adding a new report or even adding new forms with special processing capabilities. Bar Code Printing: Integrated bar code printing allows you to label your inventory and locations quickly and easily based on the data contained in your Applied Resources application. Applied Resources Modules

Inventory
Ideal for small to mid-sized environments, the Applied Resources Inventory module effectively maintains your inventory with physical inventory and cycle counting capabilities. Powerful utilities, such as a move and edit feature, allow you to keep up with the demanding pace of a warehouse environment. Use the built-in reports and queries to monitor and manage your inventory.

Fixed Assets
Use the Applied Resources Fixed Assets module to track and monitor the location of your company’s fixed assets. The Applied Resources Fixed Assets module also has the ability to maintain depreciation data for individual assets. Fixed Assets tells you not only where an asset is, but how much it is currently worth.

StockRoom
Manage consumable inventories with the Applied Resources StockRoom module. StockRoom allows you to issue and receive items to and from individual employees and departments, giving you the ability to track item usage and billing information. Use the powerful usage and billing reports to identify inventory trends, giving you better capabilities to manage your inventory.

Check In/Out
The Applied Resources Check In/Out module manages material and equipment check-in and check-out transactions, and manages your consumable stock. Great for internal libraries, audio/video departments, tool cribs and document rooms. Check In/Out is a powerful tool to manage circulating inventories.
